If it is too small, it is easy to leave the motor exposed. Therefore, the manufacturer should not change the area of the tamping plate at will when purchasing;
3. Whether the bearings in the main engine are imported or not, the domestic ones are prone to centrifugal force, which will cause the ball to break and slide;
4. Assembly and processing accuracy: there is an eccentric wheel in the main machine of the vibratory tamper. The concentricity of the eccentric wheel shall be ensured to be no more than 0.001 mm, otherwise it is easy to get stuck and do not work;
5. The oil seal shall be imported with original packaging. The rotation of the eccentric wheel during operation will easily lead to the rise of the coolant temperature. The oil seal with poor quality is easy to age prematurely, resulting in oil leakage;
6. Whether the host machine has a control valve. The key role of this valve is to protect the motor and overload protection. In addition, the customer thinks that the power is too large or too small, which can be adjusted at will.
